Raiders (11-1) win their tenth consecutive game against the Dillard Panthers, 41-12, posting the most points ever against their long-time rivals; but more importantly move on to Round 3 of the Class 5A playoffs.
Aquinas amassed 437 yards of total offense-356 yards on the ground with Giovanni Bernard leading the rushing attack with 127 yards on 14 carries. The passing combination of Ryan Becker to Gabe Holmes connected twice for touchdowns of 18 and 5 yards. Duron Carter caught the third TD pass from Becker in the 3rd quarter.
Conor O'Neill lead the St. Thomas defense with 6 solo tackles, 2 assists and 2 tackles for loss.
With the victory the Raiders will next face the Melbourne Palm Bay Pirates in the Class 5A Regional Final on November 30 at Brian Piccolo Stadium.
